The new Outpatient Clinic for Pediatric Prevention and Sports Medicine (PaePSi) at the University Children’s Hospital in Magdeburg offers comprehensive preventive care and sports medicine services for children and adolescents ages six and older. The official launch event will take place on June 17.

Under the theme of interdisciplinary exchange and cross-sector networking, the 4th Symposium on Regional General Practice was held on June 3, 2026, at the Faculty of Medicine of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. The event brought together numerous stakeholders in regional healthcare and provided a platform for professional dialogue, networking, and shared perspectives on current challenges in the healthcare sector.

The Corporate Health Award recognizes the high quality of health promotion at Magdeburg University Hospital. With a benchmark score of 77 percent and ratings of excellence for its workplace health management (BGM) and employee health management (BEM) programs, the institution is setting a strong example for healthy working conditions.
